The Sovereign Sol Activation and other custom coaching containers are 1-on-1 online (live) collaborative, interactive and loving spaces that I have consciously designed to allow my clients to engage in deep self-inquiry and personal growth and development. 

My approach to the professional-client coaching relationship is founded on the principle that the client inherently contains all the wisdom and answers they seek, however sometimes their limited perspective blocks or prevents them from accessing or integrating that inner wisdom. The Sovereign Sol Activation container (and other custom coaching program containers) acts as a mirror for the client, allowing them to obtain clarity and direction by viewing their own wisdom, experience, and blind spots from a different (and loving!) perspective.

My specialty is guiding clients through a deeply transformative process of self-discovery and clarifying their unique direction and purpose in life by discovering themselves and their potential at a deeper level, from a holistic mind-body-soul perspective. I use a variety of modalities and tools, however everything I teach and exemplify is founded on embodiment of the mind-body-soul connection (somatic coaching).

Yes! The coaching sessions are confidential, with two exceptions: 1) testimonials; and 2) in some cases, where required by law.

No. Coaching is NOT therapy; I am not a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor or any other healthcare or medical professional. See the FAQ answer for "How does coaching work?" for more information on what coaching is.

The speed at which a client begins to see results is wholly dependent upon them, their unique goals, and their efforts and commitment. However, my clients tend to have their first (of many!) significant breakthrough and moment of clarity after just the first session.

Yes, Love! If you would like to continue the coaching relationship once your program has concluded, I have a few options for you to choose from. Please send me a message with your inquiry and I will be thrilled to discuss!

While some tarot readers may choose to use the tarot as a purely predictive or fortunetelling tool, I prefer to use it as a choice-based tool to expand your awareness, connect you to your intuition, and empower you with practical guidance and action steps you can take to achieve your goals. A reading is always based on the current energies you are embodying and emitting into the world at the time of the reading. So, while some tarot spreads may feature a supplemental question that is predictive in nature (i.e. what you might expect in the next 3 months), the messages are never "set in stone" and you always have the ability to take actions to shift your energy and re-direct your reality.

Readings are delivered in either written or video format.
