I am and have been many things throughout my life; however, I am always constantly growing, evolving, and expanding myself to shine my light brighter and share that with the world. 

At my core, I am a multi-passionate go-getter and heart-based creative, artist, student, healer, teacher, spiritual guide and real-life phoenix - continuously transforming and rebirthing stronger versions of myself. I love nature, animals, deep meaningful connection, and all things mystical and mystery. I absolutely love learning and have a strong background in music, engineering, philosophy, metaphysics, cognitive science, neuroscience, psychology, writing, teaching, law, astrology, human design, tarot, divine healing, dharma and spiritual life coaching.

Our collective mission as a global society is to raise the vibration and consciousness of our planet.  

My unique way of achieving that mission is by acting as a catalyst for your personal evolution through guiding and coaching you 1-on-1 to help you expand your self-awareness and strengthen your relationship to self; reconnect with your heart space and intuition; re-discover and align with your soul's unique energetic signature; and step into your life's purpose.  

In 2020, I had my first spiritual awakening which illuminated for me all  the ways in which I had been unconsciously surrendering my personal power to others and where I was not taking proper care and accountability for my personal wellbeing.

After that abrupt wake-up call, I was lovingly and gradually guided towards embarking on this beautifully expansive spiritual path that I am now on, where I get to guide unique and loving souls like yourself to transform into stronger, more resilient, soul-aligned versions of themselves by digging deep to understand who they truly are and giving them tools to courageously step into their personal power and clarify their purpose.  

Many of the lessons I have learned and wisdom I have acquired culminate in what is now my signature 1-on-1 coaching offering – Sovereign Sol Activation. This is a three (3) month 1-on-1 conscious coaching container where you get to experience massive personal and spiritual growth and transformation in a loving, encouraging, and educational space. I guide you through a journey of deep self-inquiry, self-understanding, self-expansion and self-actualization using a variety of powerful modalities and techniques that in my experience have gotten my clients massive results in as little as one session.  

My philosophy is this: We are all born sovereign beings, but we weren’t all raised that way. 

I fundamentally believe that… 

• We all have the power to consciously create our desired realities when we intimately understand how to lead ourselves. I am talking about personal sovereignty – being in complete control of yourself, your energy, your time, your space, your investments, how you show up for your life, and taking personal responsibility for all of it.  

 and… 

• We all inherently contain all the wisdom and answers we seek, however sometimes our limited perspective blocks or prevents us from accessing or integrating that inner wisdom. The Sovereign Sol Activation container acts as a mirror for you, allowing you to obtain clarity and direction by viewing your own wisdom, experience, and blind spots from a different (and loving) perspective.

• When we step into our personal sovereignty, we become shining examples of inspiration and encouragement for others to do the same for themselves. Not only this, but when we choose to live in this way, we suddenly become more valuable than ever to our loved ones and our communities because we show up stronger, healthier, more grounded and fulfilled, all of which allows us to be of even greater and more valuable service to others. When we step into our personal sovereignty, everyone benefits.   

As your coach, guide and intuitive tarot advisor, I believe in giving you plenty of powerful tools that you get to use and reuse for the rest of your life to uncover more and more beautiful new layers of yourself and your unique journey, well beyond our sessions together. That is how I empower others and guide them to their own personal sovereignty.
